What is the best inexpensive book (preferably under $50) from which I can learn anatomy on my own? Also, human diseases?.

How well would you rank Tortota Grabowski Principles of Anatomy And Physiology; 9th edition? This is one I already have, but the copyright is from 2000; I know anatomy doesn't change, but I don't know how much new-found information is added to newer publications. It is also not conventional to take with me, as it is HUGE (though I suppose any book that covers a complicated subject like this would be).

I'm asking because I'm taking a semester off in school and I've already gotten extremely rusty over the summer...I need to fill my brain with some stuff.

Thanks for the advice!
